Are you kidding? Do you realize that next weekend is Memorial Weekend?? I am sure a lot of the drivers and their families have made other plans.

PRICE, Utah (May 19) – Forecasts calling for more precipitation have resulted in postponement of this weekend’s scheduled EQ Cylinder Heads Wild West Tour doubleheader at Desert Thunder Raceway.
The IMCA Modiified twinbill at Price will move from May 20-21 to Friday and Saturday, May 27-28. No change was made in times for either program. Desert Thunder opens the pit gates at 2 p.m. and the grandstand at 4 p.m. both days. Hot laps follow the 5:30 p.m. drivers’ meeting and racing starts at 7 p.m.
Grandstand admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, $6 for kids ages 6-12 and free for young sters five and under. A family pass runs $25. Two-day passes are $16 for adults, $12 for seniors and $10 for kids.
Pit passes are $25. More information is available by calling 435 637-7434.
Both features pay $1,000 to win and are qualifying events for the 2011 Fast Shafts All-Star Invitational ballot if there are 40 or more entries. First place will pay $750 if there are 39 or fewer entries.

Thanks we look forward to seeing as many drivers as possible. This is the first time in the history of the WWMT that we could even reschedule a race in most cases there is no room at all to reschedule. Also with alot of the mountain camp grounds still covered with snow there will plenty of people looking fo something to do this weekend so come on out to Desert Thunder Raceway and take in a little WWMT action.
