WWMT ALL-STAR RACE BY HANSEN WEB-DESIGN AT MILLARD COUNTY RACEWAY!

DELTA, Utah (October 3, 2012)- The fourth running of the EQ IMCA Wild West Modified Tour All-Star Race presented by Hansen Web-Design will be held this weekend (October 5-6) at the Millard County Raceway in Delta, Utah for the first time.
Qualifying for those that are not locked in the show will be on Friday at the Utah speed-plant starting with Heat Races then a B-Main, and a Qualifying Feature at the end of the night. Also, scheduled on Friday is the pole dash with the drivers locked in the show.
The drivers that are locked in the show and will be seen in Friday's pole dash include, Jeep Berry of Grand Junction, CO., Zane DeVilbiss of Farmington, N.M., Ron Moser of West Valley City, UT., Cory Sample of Winnemucca, NV., Andy Strait of Elko, NV., Aaron Spangler of Dove Creek, CO., and Justen Yeager of Green River, WY.
Saturday's program will feature a Last Chance Qualifier for those that did not make the show on Friday. The Last Chance Qualifier will be lined up by points from the Heats, B-Main, and Qualifying Feature on Friday.
That all leads to the 50 lap WWMT All-Star Race. The field will race 25 laps and will have a red flag for fuel on lap 25. That is not all. Positions 13-24 will be eliminated and the final 12 drivers will run the final 25 laps. Also, there may be an invert between the final 12. One lucky fan will draw either a 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or No Invert pill.
The All-Star Race will pay $750 to win with the help from the Millard County Tourism. Here is the rest of the payout. 1. $750, 2. $500, 3. $300, 4. $250, 5. $200, 6. $200, 7. $150, 8. $150, 9. $150, 10. $125, 11. $100, 12. $75, 13. $75, 14. $50, 15. $50, 16. $50, 17. $50, 18. $50, 19. $50, 20. $50, 21. $50, 22. $50, 23. $50, 24. $50.
Past champions of the event are Zane DeVilbiss (2011), Justen Yeager (2010), and Travis Metz (2009).
24 cars will start the WWMT All-Star Race. There will also be a Golf Tournament on Saturday morning from 10am to Noon. Mufflers are required as well.
